Lance Horbach joined the Independent Insurance team in 1998. Lance specializes in large account sales development. He also holds a position as a 3rd term-elect State Representative in our states Iowa Legislature. Lance holds the following positions at the state level: Budget Chairman for Iowa Communications Network (ICN) and Appropriations Chairman for the Judicial Branch and Justice Systems. He is also Floor Manager for Worker’s Comp and is a standing committee member in Economic Development and Labor and Industrial Relations.
