Bodily Injury Bodily harm, sickness,
or disease that may result in death.
Property Damage Physical injury to,
destruction of, or loss of use to tangible property.
Medical Payments Provides reasonable
and necessary medical and funeral expenses resulting from accidental
bodily injury.
Uninsured Motorists Provides coverage
for bodily injury which an insured person is legally entitled to
recover from an owner and/or operator of a vehicle that is
financially irresponsible whose insurance company becomes insolvent
or an accident caused by a hit and run driver.
Underinsured Motorists Provides
coverage for bodily injury for which an insured person is legally
entitled to recover from the owner or operator of a vehicle that is
underinsured.
Comprehensive Coverage (also referred to as
Other than Collision) - Meaning any type of loss that is not a
collision, such as hail, water, flood, malicious mischief,
vandalism, riot or civil commotion, windstorm, glass breakage,
theft, contact with bird or animal and fire. Coverage is subject
to a deductible.
Collision Coverage Meaning the upset
of your current auto or the impact with another object. Examples:
crashing into another auto, wall or tree, overturn of an auto while
driving too fast for conditions. Coverage is subject to a
deductible.
A deductible is the first dollar amount paid by
an insured in the event of a loss.
Provides coverage limits of $25, $50, $75, or
$100 for towing and labor costs incurred each time an auto becomes
disabled.
Provides temporary transportation expense in
the event the insureds auto is stolen or damaged.
Provides coverage limits in excess of the
actual cash value of the loan or lease of an automobile. Coverage
would apply at the time of a covered theft or total loss when
insured is liable for an amount greater than the actual cash value
because of the lease or loan agreement.

HOMEOWNER COVERAGE'S:
Dwelling Dwelling amount provides
coverage for the dwelling including structures attached to the
dwelling.
Other Structures Provides coverage for
other structures on the residence premises that are set apart from
the dwelling. Examples: detached garages, storage sheds, fences,
swimming pools.
Personal Property Provides coverage
for personal property owned or used by the insured anywhere in the
world. Limitations may apply for specific items.
Loss of Use Provides coverage for
additional expenses incurred in the event the dwelling becomes
uninhabitable due to an insured peril
(cause of loss).
Personal Liability
Provides coverage in the event
that a claim or suit is brought against the insured for damages
because of bodily injury or property damage caused by an occurrence.
Medical Payments
Provides coverage in the event an individual is injured and
requires medical treatment, but does not apply to the insured or
residents of the household.
